I’m a software engineer, fractional CTO, and technical consultant with five years of professional experience at General Motors, where I worked on large-scale, complex software systems in the automotive industry. That experience strengthened my ability to solve challenging technical problems, work within distributed systems, and collaborate across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
More recently, I’ve worked as a fractional CTO for Hamrah AI, leading the technical direction of an AI-powered platform for children. I also provide freelance software engineering and technical consulting services to businesses and nonprofit organizations. CTO — Hamrah AI
Built and deployed a personalized educational platform for children, leading the architecture, backend services, cloud infrastructure, testing, and product development. Designed REST APIs and asynchronous workflows using Docker, Cloud Run, PostgreSQL, Cloud Tasks, and Firebase, while turning beta-testing feedback into product improvements.

As a Freelance Software Engineer and Technical Consultant, I support businesses and nonprofits with web applications, cloud infrastructure, APIs, integrations, databases, deployments, troubleshooting, and platform migrations. Served as a technical lead for distributed, API-driven services within a Kafka-based platform supporting secure software deployments across millions of connected vehicles. Led work across design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and root-cause analysis while collaborating with engineering, QA, infrastructure, architecture, and operations teams.
